Arielle Gray is
an Alabama based photographer, with a BA in studio art from the University of Alabama.
Growing up in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, Arielle Gray's work is inspired by the nostalgic warmth of Alabama summers and the world of film. She will be attending the Yale School of Art for her MFA in the fall of 2021.
Arielle Gray has been featured in Art Concept Magazine, UNCERTAIN Magazine, and Luna Negra, FailSafe Zine, Vogue, PhotoVogue, Aperture, and Lomography. She is a member of Black Women Photographers. Her portfolio has also been reviewed by Magnum Photos. She is a recipient of the Aperture and Google's 2021 Creator Labs Fund.
